Job Description

As a Project Lead at Harel Mallac Technologies, you will report directly to the Program Management Office Practice Manager and play a vital role in the successful execution of technology projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will actively participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, providing necessary templates and documentation to support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Team Management: Manage a team of project resources, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance to ensure project success.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize their impact on project delivery and outcomes.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements and specifications.
  6. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including assessing the impact of changes, obtaining approvals, and communicating changes to project stakeholders.
  7. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation, to ensure project transparency and accountability.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery capabilities.
  10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements.
  11. Participation in RFQ and RFP: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to participate in the RFQ and RFP processes. Provide necessary templates and documentation to support the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management roles, with a strong track record of successfully delivering technology projects.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
